It might be a new business initiative or a full IT development or implementation project,
as a Trusted Consultant, the Paramedic will work with the stakeholders and
?project team to check the vital signs, identify where issues are and make
positive changes happen to bring ?any project back to good health.
The passion of the Project Paramedic is to investigate down to the DNA detail of a project and accurately diagnose issues. As the 'first responder' the Paramedic is able to triage the problem areas, and instigate actions to resolve them, fast!
