"Work Place Needs" Grant Aid

Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council are partnering with Leicestershire County Council’s Healthy Workplaces Programme. This scheme includes a staff survey called the Workplace Health Needs Assessment (which is free to obtain) as well as an accreditation which can be obtained to showcase the business is committed to the wellbeing of their employees.
The staff survey captures the overall health and wellbeing of the employees. The council are expanding this scheme with the Workplace Health Needs Grant.
The Workplace Health Needs Grant, up to £500 maximum, has been set up for small businesses across Hinckley and Bosworth to support their employee’s wellbeing that has been identified through the Work Place Health needs Assessment survey.
