Join other business leaders at the University of Leicester School of Business on the government-subsidised, Help to Grow Management programme.
Help to Grow is a 12-week part-time business development programme for senior leaders in SMEs which we are delivering as a leading business school accredited by the Small Business Charter and it is 90% subsidised by the government.
The programme combines a practical curriculum with 1:1 support from a business mentor, peer-learning sessions and an alumni network. It is designed to be manageable alongside full-time work and will support senior leaders to develop their strategic skills with key modules covering financial management, innovation and digital adoption. By the end of the programme you will have developed a tailored business growth plan to lead your business to its full potential.
• Key course topics include innovation, digital adoption, winning new markets, building a brand, financial management, employee engagement and efficient operations
• 10 hours of confidential 1:1 mentoring with an experienced business mentor
• Small group peer learning sessions to support you in reflecting on the course content in the light of the real world experience of other business leaders
• Delivered flexibly online plus 4 half-day in person case study workshops in Leicester
• Designed to be manageable alongside full-time work
• Develop a tailored business growth action plan to lead your business to its full potential
• 90% government subsidised – meaning the cost to participating businesses is only £750
