Product Description:
Skills Bootcamps offer free, flexible courses of up to 16 weeks for adults aged 19 or over and who are either in work or recently unemployed. Some Skills Bootcamps have additional eligibility criteria.
They give people the opportunity to build up sector-specific skills and fast-track to an interview with a local employer.
Skills Bootcamps are available in regions across England for adults aged 19 and above, with a range of digital courses, technical skills courses like construction or engineering, and green skills courses like Electrical Vehicle Maintenance and Retrofit skills which are currently on offer. Courses vary according to your local area, but Skills Bootcamps include subjects like digital marketing and content creation, cyber security, data engineering, TV and digital film production, IT project management, welding, engineering and construction, as well as green subjects such as vehicle electrification.

Skills Bootcamps are short courses of up to 16 weeks to help you progress quickly. Course participants get an interview with a local employer after completion of the course, so you know the time investment will be worth it and courses are designed to fill local skills gaps, so if you want to explore other options, you’ll have skills that will appeal to a range of local employers.
